1. Tell us about YOU
Often customers find it easiest to speak to our Patagonia experts on the phone or video call but you can reach us on email or WhatApp too. This is your adventure so we'll plan it the way you want to. We want to understand your motivations, interests, hotel preferences and how active you want to be so that we can plan and arrange your perfect adventure story.

2. We'll design YOUR adventure story
We'll carefully craft your unique tailormade itinerary from the elements we discussed with you. Your adventure could be anything from 1 week to 4 weeks and we'll send you a link to your personalised itinerary. You will then review our adventure proposal and feedback any changes you would like. Once you are happy with your adventure itinerary then we will request a 25% deposit and get your adventure booked.
3. Prepare for Your Adventure
Once you book then you will be given access to your personalised Adventure Planner which has your personal itinerary and a Patagonia travel guide which includes packing guidance, history, wildlife and city guides with restaurant recommendations and tips for things to do in each city. You will also be invited to webinars to help you prepare and if you have any questions then your trip coordinator is always available to help. We are with you every step of the way.

I normally arrange my trips myself, is a tailor-made holiday really for me?
Patagonia isn’t your average destination. It’s vast and often difficult to navigate, so we help even the most seasoned of travellers. We’ll create your itinerary together, by listening to what you want to see and do and using our extensive knowledge and experience to present you with suitable options and maybe suggest a few things you’d never even thought of. You’ll still make all the decisions and your trip will be completely tailored to you, so it'll be just as if you’d pieced it together yourself, but much easier!

Is a tailor-made holiday expensive?
Not if you don’t want it to be. We can work with your budget to create an efficient route, minimising wasted time and money, but still getting you to those dream places and adding frills whenever you want them - like a few nights in a luxury lodge at the end of a camping trip.

Where do I start? Do I have to pick an itinerary that I like the look of?
You can either choose an itinerary that you like the look of or, because we know Patagonia inside out, we can start from scratch. We’ll talk about your ideas and dreams for your trip and take it from there. If you already have an itinerary in mind we can use that as a starting point, but we’re equally comfortable with - and excited by - a blank sheet of paper.
