1. Before we took the trip, I read reviews. Very few complaints except for the adventure planner and, despite all those complaints, the problems have not been addressed. We were asked about dietary needs in several forms, yet not one guide or lodging knew about them. I filled out forms that never seemed to register. 2. Improve your knowledge of Aysen. We paid for but could not take a boat trip because it would have involved 8 hours of driving on rocky roads. That should have been made clear during the planning. Also, there was no possible way to kayak to the marble caves and make our flight to Santiago, as was planned. Fortunately, our guide Mattu arranged a new schedule so we were able to do that on a different day.
