Day 1: Transfer from Puerto Natales; Trek to Weber Bridge

You'll take a transfer from Puerto Natales to Estancia Lazo, a sprawling 13,000-hectare cattle ranch nestled beside the enchanting Laguna Verde. Your group's adventure into Torres del Paine National Park commences here, treading through mostly flat trails enveloped by beech and coihue forests. Keep your eyes peeled for the condors, caranchos, guanacos, woodpeckers, and owls native to this area.

Your journey leads you to the serene Honda Lagoon, followed by a hike to the Lake Toro lookout, offering a panoramic spectacle of the surrounding mountains, rivers, lakes, and glaciers. After soaking in the vistas, a brief descent takes you to Weber Bridge, where a 20-minute transfer brings you to your campsite by the Serrano River.

Settle into this idyllic setting, indulge in a welcoming dinner, and unwind with the backdrop of the Paine Massif.

Following a picnic lunch by the serene Pingo River, meander through an enchanting beech forest to the boat dock. Here, a boat trip awaits, steering you past mesmerising blue icebergs to the grand facade of Glacier Grey. Absorb the spectacular views and, if fortune smiles, witness the dramatic ice calving from the glacier. Marvel at Paine Grande's unique 'ice mushrooms', sculpted by the wind.

Concluding your adventure, a transfer will ferry you back to your campsite, where a sumptuous dinner and a night of restful sleep await, rounding off a day filled with natural wonders and unforgettable experiences.

Venture into the valley, marvelling at the impressive hanging glaciers, then climb through a surreal landscape akin to a Japanese garden, leading to the French Valley viewpoint. Here you'll have the French Glacier and Paine Grande on one side and the majestic Los Cuernos on the other.

At the viewpoint, take lunch, immersing yourself in the scenery before retracing your steps to Refugio Paine Grande. Your catamaran journey back across Lake Pehoe, followed by a transfer back to your campsite.

Day 4: Cuernos + Condor Lookouts; Hike Lago Sarmiento/Laguna Amarga

Post-breakfast, your transfer will take you alongside the Paine River to Pudeto, kickstarting a scenic hike around Lake Pehoe. Witness the vibrant turquoise waters at Salto Grande Waterfall, where Lake Nordenskjöld pours into Lake Pehoe. Savour panoramic views from the boardwalk, capturing the Paine Grande and Cuernos mountains in all their glory.

Your journey continues on a gentle trail, brushing past remnants of the 2005 national park blaze, leading to the black sands of Nordenskjöld Lake. Here, embrace the fierce Patagonian winds before ascending to the Cuernos lookout, unveiling the French Valley, Los Cuernos, and Paine Grande mountain.

After retracing your steps, enjoy a refreshing snack before hopping on another transfer. A mere 30-minute ride lands you at the Sarmiento Lake ranger station, the starting point for a trek to Laguna Amarga. This route, teeming with wildlife, offers a chance to snap stunning landscapes and spot native birds and guanacos.

Mid-hike, discover ancient cave paintings, a testament to Patagonia's early hunters. The trail, adorned with lagoons and the Paine Massif's splendid views, is also a puma hotspot. Concluding your exploration at Laguna Amarga, a transfer will escort you back to Riverside Camp.

At this viewpoint rest up, take photos and have a picnic lunch before descending on the same path to meet your transfer to Puerto Natales. Today's grand finale, at one of Patagonia's most iconic viewpoints, will be a fitting end to five wonderful days in Torres del Paine National Park.
