It's hard to choose a single, most memorable moment. But certainly the opportunity to walk amongst a colony of wild penguins was the most joyful experience. Sharing the accomplishment of reaching hard-to-reach hiking overlooks with my hiking companions is a close second.

Loved the French Valley hike. We had the most gorgeous day and the ultimate lookout was well worth the hike.

The activities we did with Swoop providers were part of an extended trip in Chile. Every day we have spent in Chile (and a bit in Argentina) either with a Swoop activity or traveling on our own has been fun and enjoyable. We have met many great people - locals as well as other travelers. Having said that there is no ONE thing that stands out, since the entire trip has been memorable.

The story I tell first is the unsuccessful attempt to climb Laguna de los Torres because of the sideways wind, rain and cold. Just to take off my raincoat to add a down jacket was quite an experience.
