Central Valley Vineyard Retreat

Day 1: Transfer from Santiago or SCL Airport to La Casona Matetic Vineyard; Biodynamic Winery Tour; Dinner

In Santiago, either from the airport or the city, a driver will pick you up and take you to the La Casona Matetic (approximately 90 minutes). 

After a leisurely check-in to your room and welcome cocktail, the afternoon will likely involve a biodynamic tour with wine tasting.

In the evening, enjoy excellent food, conversation and (more) varieties of wine.

Day 2: Morning activity (walking/cycling from the property); 5-course lunch with wine pairing; À la carte dinner

After breakfast, you can explore the surrounding area on foot or via bike. These activities are not strenuous and generally take around two hours. 

You'll then enjoy a 5-course lunch with wine pairing. Afterwards, you'll have time to relax at the vineyard in the sun, shade or by the pool. Be sure to stroll through the lovely gardens and look out for the unique Chilean palm trees found only in this region. 

Dinner will be selected from the à la carte menu.

Day 3: Transfer to Santiago Airport or city centre

In the morning, you will be taken back to Santiago by private vehicle (driver only) to Santiago International Airport for your onward flight home or southwards to Patagonia.
