Hiking to the base of Fitz Roy. The views, weather, and quietness was truly unbelievable!

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Work directly with Chile Nativo. They did a fantastic job ensuring that everything was correct during our pre-hike briefing. I felt comfortable knowing that they were in charge at that point.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Again, there needs to be a direct email communication with the associated Swoop team member. It was very frustrating trying to get anything confirmed throughout the booking process.
Was there anything else Swoop could have done for you to help you prepare for your trip?
The "Itinerary" was incorrect for our final day which wasn't helpful. Also, the adventure planner "My Travel Documents" link always showed a "500 | SERVER ERROR". This was brought to the attention of your team and never fixed.
