Overall, how was your trip?
Great trip walking the w route with warm and comfortable refuges. Two long days walking but we were lucky with the weather and the other 2 days gave us longer to rest!
In one sentence, what did you think of Patagonia? Did it live up to your expectations?
Not quite as wild as we were expecting but still great fun with stunning mountain and glacier views.
Would you visit again?
No
How was the service that Swoop provided?
Responded very rapidly to first enquiry followed by a friendly chat on the phone. We already knew what we wanted to do so didn't really need much input other than the linking to the local company who did the booking.
How did you feel about booking directly with our partner(s)?
Whole process worked well.
How likely is it that you would recommend Swoop to a friend?

How was your W trek in Torres del Paine?
Highlight was the French valley with the stunning 360degree views. We walked onto Camp Britanico and were glad we did even if it meant a 10 hour day. Reservation and voucher system worked very well. On the last day there was no time in the itinary for dinner. We had very rushed food at Hotel Grey but there is not time so suggest eating while waiting for the bus which ties up with the catermerang from paign grande. Had not known from the itinary that we would have a long wait here and there is a cheaper cafe.
How likely is it that you would recommend this trip to a friend? (where 0 = Not at all likely, 5 = Neutral, 10 = Extremely Likely)
7 out of 10
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Booking the refuges / camping independently is stressful! If you don't want to spend a long time watching the websites for availability, Swoop and their local partners provide a welcomed solution.
Anything else? Tell us anything you’d like to share that we forgot to ask! It’s ok to leave this empty too :-)
Not sure how often kayaking with big foot is cancelled but it was a bit annoying to have already paid and then have to sort a refund. The glacier trek was great.
