The glaciers. I’ve never seen anything like it. Unreal experience. All tours/adventures were better than I could have imagined. Such a great trip and experience.

Hiking to the Base Torres. The excursion was everything it could be in one day. All. Four. Seasons. A few minutes into our early morning start in the dark, we were all donning our waterproof gear as the clouds opened up and greeted us with rain. As daylight broke, the rain turned to snow. As we plodded on and upwards, the clouds descended to meet us. It was not looking to be a clear summit day. Our guide kept the positivity going by introducing a little “trail mindfulness.” Faced with one more uphill push, he reminded us that it is only hard if you think it is hard. We had not expected motivational speaking but then again, Explora continued to pleasantly surprise us. And our guide's positive thinking paid off. At the final ascent the clouds parted to reveal blue sky and we were greeted with warm sunshine for lunch at the Towers as they showed off their full glory. And when we began our descent, the clouds reappeared as if they were curtains at the end of a fantastic theater show. Hikers still on their ascent were not to be so lucky.

When Rene and Danni safely lead us to Base of the Towers and back! Their guiding leadership skills were exceptional. They take great care and pride in their responsibilities. I'm 71 and Danni is 28. The pride we felt in reaching the summit, was shared equally with Rene and my cousin Jamie. They both shared the conditions were the worse they had climbed it. My mantra was: She Believed She Could , So She Did! Slow and Steady! I wouldn't win the race, but I would Finish! 😍🙏❤️👩🦯 Thank you for these adventures and accomplishments!😍 Kit Harvey

Hard to narrow this to just one! Seeing glaciers for the first time was pretty spectacular, though. And the feeling of (mostly) finishing the W! Plus, the more intangible--gifts of disconnected time together, good food at Eco-Camp.

Arriving at the Base of the Torres. It was the the longest and most challenging trek I’ve done as a novice NP trekker. Seeing the towers and the lake up there was magical.

More personal. I went with my two adult kids. There were a couple of moments during which laughed a lot togetber at dinner. The hiking adventure contributed to those relaxing 'let the guard down' moments.

As an advanced rider, I often don't experience advanced horse back riding on vacation. Explora was an exception - the riding was absolutely unbelievable! Very technical and thrilling!

I'll list two items: 1. Completing the Torres del Paine hike. This was a push for Debbie and I and we were very lucky with the weather. The whole day, all aspects were stunning but that combined with the effort involved yielded a sense of real accomplishment at the end of the day. 2. As a sailor, seeing Cape Horn. Even though we couldn't disembark with the wind howling 50 knots, to me this didn't matter. Cape Horn lived up to it's reputation and that was for me almost better!

There were numerous memorable moments, but likely the best was reaching the top of the trail to Torres del Paine. It was very empowering from a physical standpoint to know that the months of hiking had been culminated in this amazing hike up and up and then up some more through boulders to reach the view at the top!

Seeing clear rainbow while climbing. The area other worldly- haven’t seen anything as beautiful as Torres del Paine.
