I love my guide Felipe. He was such a joy to trek with. You could see and feel the love that he has for Torres Del Paine. I enjoyed the stories he shared bringing everything to life. You know that someone loves what they do when on their off days, they come back to do some trekking on their own. I couldn't have asked for a better guide.

Highlights include that each day was a totally different visual delight. Having done a fair amount of hiking - you can drink all of the water and it is icy! What I tell everyone is "You need to do this hike. Eight days of being off the grid and fabulous scenery. " Additional highlight for those of who have humped our stuff - the food is great and plentiful"

My group had a fantastic time even though our weather was less than ideal and un-Patagonian (according to our guides). We had no wind at all, and soaking rain for almost two days. That said, the glacial lakes are amazing, the snow covered peaks are awesome, and the magnificence of the environment is remarkable.
