Cerro Bandera

Cerro Bandera or Flag Mountain in the Chilean part of Tierra del Fuego has a well-known reasonably easy trekking route which leads you up the valley to the mountain. From the top you have panoramic views over the town of Puerto Williams and The Beagle Channel.

It takes about half a day to trek up and down and once you reach the top of Cerro Bandera it is commonplace to place a stone to show you were there.
