El Calafate from a Luxury Lodge

Day 1: Transfer from El Calafate to Eolo; Afternoon Activity 

You'll be met at the airport or bus station and driven to Hotel Eolo.

Depending on your arrival time you'll have a chance to settle in and explore the surrounding area.

Day 2: Full-day Perito Moreno Glacier Excursion with Minitrekking upgrade possible.

Today, you'll have a private guided tour of the magnificent Perito Moreno Glacier, in Los Glaciares National Park. 

Walkways offer 4km of trails that allow you to appreciate the glacier from different heights and if you're lucky witness the calving of huge chunks of ice. You'll then sail by boat in front of the glacier, disembark and have the chance to touch the ice. The tour goes along the lake's shore, on a terrain of sand and stones with some slopes.

For a unique and unforgettable experience, you may want to do Minitrekking where you walk (with crampons) on the glacier accompanied by mountain guides. Let us know if you want to do this and note there is an additional cost.

Day 3: Day at Eolo - Hike, Bike, Ride and Relax

From your estancia base, you can enjoy easy to intense walks solo or with a guide. Ascend to viewpoints on Cerro Frías, walk to the flamingo lake and enjoy the flora, fauna and wonderful views.

You'll have free use of the hotel's mountain bikes to explore the surrounding area or can go horseriding for a real taste of Gaucho life. 

There's a swimming pool, sauna and pleasant garden with sun loungers. Plus treatment rooms are on site. You can use your stay to switch off and relax in the surroundings.

Day 4: Private Transfer to El Calafate

In the morning you'll be taken back to El Calafate Airport or Bus Station for your onward travel.
