- This is an extremely remote location and not everyone is comfortable being as off grid as this.
- It doesn't replace the hikes in El Chalten but is a good relaxing addition to them.

Dates, rates and inclusions
The lodge is open from October to April. A three-night, all-inclusive stay costs:
USD $3,900 per person when sharing a Glacier room.
USD $4,090 per person when sharing a Fitz Roy room.
The rate includes:
- Private transfers from/to El Calafate town or airport.
- Boat transfer across Lago del Desierto to and from the hotel (15 minutes).
- Full board accommodation (three meals a day, and coffee, tea and soft drinks available all day). Please note that alcoholic drinks are excluded except for one bottle of the house wine which is included with lunch and dinner. Any additional alcoholic drinks will need to be paid for in cash in US dollars or Argentinian pesos.
- Daily guided excursions programmed by the lodge.
