We did the w trek west to east, so we were able to hike las Torres at sunrise which was definitely the most magical and memorable moment.

We were slightly disappointed with the service from Chile Nativo in Puerto Natales. They were not properly briefed for our trip (west to east) and they gave us tickets with timings for the east to west trek. They also forgot to give us our lunches for day 1. They would have failed to correct any of the ticket timings and give us our lunches if we did not go back to them and keep pestering them for updated tickets. The bus back was very very late, using bus Gomez meant we were very restricted on timings, and would recommend that clients are able to use bus sur to get the 3 or 6pm bus back from the welcome centre. These are small things in the scale of how much we enjoyed this trek, but they did make us slightly uneasy at the beginning before entering an area of no phone signal and having paid a lot of money.
