What was your most memorable moment?
There are places on this earth that change you. Las Torres, Patagonia is one of them. Staying inside Torres del Paine National Park is unlike anything else—waking up to golden light spilling over jagged peaks, the sound of guanacos calling in the distance, and the absolute silence of a place untouched by time. Here, the land, the people, and the experience weave together to create something truly unforgettable: 🐎 The Horses – Riding across the wild landscape with Joaquín, Milky, Marcello, and Pacho, learning the deep connection between the vaqueros and these incredible animals. 🔥 The People – From hiking guides who share their love for the trails to Héctor and José, who slow-roast lamb over an open fire, passing down the traditions of this land. Every meal is farm-to-table, sourced from the gardens—homemade beer, fresh-picked berries, and gin distilled from native plants. 🗻 The Land – Towering granite spires carved by glaciers, rivers as blue as the sky, valleys filled with wildflowers. To stand at the base of the Torres, to feel the silence wrap around you, is to feel completely alive. I found a condor feather on the trail—a gift from the great spirit. A reminder that this land, these people, and this experience will stay with me forever. Next time, I’m coming back with my husband and adventurous couples who want to elope in one of the most awe-inspiring places on earth. Looking for adventurous couples who crave adventure, iconic landscapes, and a wedding day that feels truly free. I'm so down, let’s make it happen. Tell us about Hotel Las Torres
See my first description! I left a google review for Hotel Las Torres. Las Torres Patagonia: A Dream Come True in the Heart of Torres del Paine Patagonia has been a bucket list adventure for me since I was a kid, ever since I read "Nowhere is a Place". And after spending four nights and five days at Las Torres Patagonia, I can honestly say—it was everything I dreamed of and more. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. Every person I met, from the vaqueros carrying supplies to the refugios to the expert guides leading unforgettable adventures, embodied the warm and adventurous spirit of this place. Incredible Horseback & Hiking Adventures Over three days of horseback riding, I was guided by some of the best—Marcello, Benjamin, Joaquin, Milky and Pacha. Riding through the rugged terrain with Joquin + Milky to the base of the Torres was something out of a dream. The vaqueros are true legends, carrying supplies across the wild landscape, adding to the authenticity of this experience. My hike with Michelle through puma territory was exhilarating and awe-inspiring. Every guide I encountered was deeply knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate about sharing the wonders of this region. Farm-to-Table Food & Unforgettable Flavors The food at Las Torres is next level—truly farm-to-table, fresh, and delicious. Special shoutout to Hector and Jose for making the most incredible omelets, and to the chefs for an unforgettable lamb dinner. The cocktails, house-made gin, and beer by Federico were the perfect way to unwind after a day of adventure. Why Stay in the Park? Staying inside the park is absolutely worth it. The drivers are so friendly, and having transport to hiking destinations is a game-changer—it beats getting a flat on the bumpy roads! Pro Tips for Visiting: - Go with the experts—the guides and staff here will make your trip seamless. - Dress for the wind—a raincoat with a hood, warm hat, and glovesvare a must! - Be ready for the adventure of a lifetime. Meeting fellow travelers from around the world only added to the magic of this trip. Patagonia is truly out of this world, and my time at Las Torres was nothing short of unforgettable. If you’re dreaming of this trip—just go. You won’t regret it....AND if you want to ELOPE here, please consider me to plan and take your adventurous elopement photos for your unforgettable experience.

Michelle + Joquin were my hiking guides! Love them! Please see my first description.

Outstanding! Thank you Collins for arranging.

My absolute favorite! The vaqueros and guides were phenomenal. I loved my horse, Chaqueno and Manuela. They take such good care of the horses and gave us amazing tips for riding! I'm not a beginner, but appreciated their approach. I felt safe and in good hands the whole time. The horses are well trained and gentle and have plenty of strength and stamina to get us up mountains and gallop!
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Everyone must take a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Patagonia! See my review and original comment. I went solo and met so many wonderful people from around the world and made new friends. Don't be afraid to travel solo, it was so rewarding.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Yes, my connection to the land and horses was renewed. I'm so grateful for this spring renewal, it touched my soul. This land and the people are so unbelievably special, kind and full of enthusiasm and good energy.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
I didn't realize I was responsible for making my reservations for experiences. I am glad I went to the excursions desk as soon as I arrived and booked my itinerary for the days I was going out. I guess the excursion options weren't explained well. I knew I wanted to go horseback riding, but I wasn't aware of all my options. I even added the lamb dinner as an experience. If the front desk didn't tell me about it, I wouldn't have known. It was special.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
100% prepared and enthusiastic! I am so glad I brought my rain jacket with a hood to repel against the harsh winds. Thankfully by the time I arrived at Las Torres Patagonia, I got lucky and the wind died down.
