Swoop needs to quit pretending in communications with clients that it actually has an on-the-ground presence, and that it's part of the local community etc. All of this is nonsense. None of our guides or local outfitters in Patagonia had even ever heard of Swoop, because it's basically fake, just taking money from local outfitters who actually do work. We regretted not just planning our trip directly with a group like Chile Nativo who's an actual company, is based there, knows that world and can actually be helpful

Plan directly with a local outfitter like Chile Nativo, not Swoop. You can save a lot of money.

I've given lots of recommendations. Quit pretending you have anything to do with Chile on the ground - you don't.
