Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
The cruise was advertised as an adventure cruise. People need to be aware that the cruise was a traditional cruise with set meals and set seating. They also need to be aware that you hear the engine or generator overnight which disturbs your sleep if you choose a room on the lowest deck.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
It was my first cruise - I've decided that I'm not a 'cruise' person. The beauty of Torres del Paine National Park was mind-blowing. We need to protect the environments we have. The glaciers are retreating at a rapid rate with accelerated global warming, we need to do all we can to slow down global warming.
