On one of the hikes, experiencing the confluence of the mountains, the wide open Patagonian steppe, the crazy wind and the clouds. Just incredible.

The videos that Swoop provides are great for providing basic background information for packing, weather, etc. The full day hikes can be loooooong, so make sure you train so that you have the stamina to participate and enjoy.
