What was your most memorable moment?
I'll admit that I was a little skeptical at first when I booked the W glamping trek. Its the most I've ever spent on a packaged vacation type thing, and I wondered if it would really be worth it vs. trying to figure it out ourselves/self-support. It was totally worth it! Not only were the domes amazing, but the entire ecocamp team was spectacular. We didn't have to worry about anything, we ate delicious meals, and our guides were amazing! Plus, we met amazing people in our group - the camaraderie was something I didn't expect. We are already thinking about booking it again. Its hard to pick a specific moment, but the hikes and view were just out of this world.

Tell us about EcoCamp
The room was great. I would encourage you to talk a little bit more about the electric situation (one outlet in room and shared charging in communal areas) as well as some of the logistics like the fact that you can't really leave stuff in your room when you go for the first few days. The guides were amazing! Alberto and Christobal made our trip!
Tell us about the Trekking
Yes! Maybe stress the technical level of the hike a bit more. You do say it is challenging but maybe talk a little more about the terrain (its a lot of hiking on rocks). We were prepared but some if it was a surprise.
Tell us about Torres del Paine
It's an amazing park. Some more detail about the refugios (I know this isn't really something that you can control) would be good to set expectations. Its a little rough out there (which makes ecocamp even sweeter) and we were fine - but sleeping can be a bit tough those two nights out (high winds on tents, etc.). Again, nothing negative here but just would be good to describe it a bit more.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
The packing list is a good one - follow it! You'll need all the layers. You don't actually need to bring a lot of hiking snacks - they do a good job of providing you with nutrition and stuff to carry. If you are in decent physical shape, you should be fine but some training/hiking (particularly at 5-10 mile distances) would probably help prepare you mentally. That said, the hike isn't at a demanding pace and there are a lot of breaks.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
It's a great way to disconnect and really take a moment to enjoy the surroundings.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
Not super prepared but very excited. We probably would have trained a bit more. My wife, for example, decided to take one day off for a massage/spa day. You could also mention that this is an option for those that may get a bit too sore.
