What was your most memorable moment?
Spending the five days exploring Torres Del Paine national park were unforgettable. I enjoyed being completely immersed in the place and moving through the different areas over the 5 days.

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Check the weather before hand. We had such hot weather and I was prepared for wind and cold, so I was pretty warm most days.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
I’m going to do more research on planning trips alone before booking with a company.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
A positive comment - really great communication with me, as a client. You always answered my emails promptly and provided lots of good information about what to expect on the trip. I watched the packing videos, for example, and those were very helpful. That was a definite positive of this experience, the communication with Swoop.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
Aside from the weather, which I think surprised everyone, I felt prepared, with the webinar beforehand and the videos and guides on the website.
