Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
The biggest issues was the seating on the flights. Since the tickets were booked in advance, better seating choices could have been. Seats were at the end of the plane, causing Don to struggle to get to his seat at the end of the plane. Seats 25 +.

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Timing of the flights were good. United was excellent. The number of excursions was very good. The friendliness of staff was excellent and uniform throughout the trip. Meals were excellent, location of the hotel was great, close to attractions and amenities, everything needed was convenient. Hotels were convenient, clean, safe, and unique. The scheduled length of stay was good, all staff was bilingual, all staff was accommodating with English. All scheduled excursions and airport pickups were on time and all had fantastic communication skills, The guides on the boat were fantastic and provided a wealth of information, All trips were not crowded and at a good pace. Weather was outstanding throughout the entire trip
