Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
The "hot spots" that appear on Instagram, etc are indeed awesome, but also very crowded. Places like the Base of the Towers in Torre del Paine, and the viewpoint for Fitzroy. However, there are plenty of other great vistas and experiences out there that don't have the crowds, so don't just follow the hordes. The weather in Patagonia is wild and changeable (as advertised) , but because there is such a strong rain-shadow effect of the mountains, there are almost always some areas with decent weather for daily excursions.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
The tourist infrastructure in Argentina and Chile is more developed than I realized, so I would feel more enabled to organize certain excursions on my own.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
The team from Swoop (Chloe, Alicia) were very helpful, so thanks and kudos to them.

I felt very excited, and reasonably well prepared.
