Tell us about Hotel Las Torres

We loved everything about Hotel Las Torres. The food, the staff, the excursions were all amazing. Would definitely recommend. It also makes vacation very easy when you don't have to decide anything.

Tell us about Torres del Paine

We loved Torres del Paine. Beautiful, clean and it feels like you went back in time with the horses allowed to run free in the evening.

Tell us about Los Glaciares

The Glacier was beautiful and glad we went. The tour was abit too big...wish we could have been with a smaller group.

Tell us about the Excursions

We loved all the hikes we went on. The guides were all amazing!

Tell us about the Trekking

We loved all the treks. The Bases hike at Torres del Paine and the hike to the Fitz Roy were very busy so that was the only downside.

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?

I enjoyed Chile alittle more than Argentina. I might have preferred to stay in El Chalten alittle longer.

Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?

I understand the extensiveness of Patagonia. It is difficult to see everything.

Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?

Swoop was great and was an immense help to making sure all our transport and hotels were arranged with the flights we needed.

How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?

We were very excited! The one thing we did not know about was getting money in Argentina. It is not easy for foreigners to get money and it is very expensive. We were charged $15 to get $40 (the maximum) out of an ATM. I guess there is a money exchange in Buenos Aires that allows foreigners to change US dollars into Pesos but we did not know any of this.
