Reaching the base of the tower gave me a great sense of self worth and love. This trip isn't just a vacation or an adventure. It's for me to find myself and recover.

Life changing

This Ecocamp is quite amazing with the cute decor and environmentally friendly concepts. I loved my dome which was standard but offers all I needed and more. I had the best view from my bed. The dining experience was also amazing. It was a high end service with a true outdoors vacation without all the hardship. The guides, Carolina and Chris, were awesome! I really like how friendly and easy going they are. Caro was definitely keeping the group going as we tend to lollygag and wondered off. Kudos to her to keep us in line with the best experience and safety. Chris is a hoot!! So much fun practicing Spanish with him in the back of the group...I was slow and struggled to get through the inclines due to my hip pain. Both Caro and Chris were patient and supportive because I wanted to be with the group. Caro is a great leader with such awesome personality. I felt safe and would love to do multi-day trek with her again.

This place is just stunning. No complains there.

Oh the hours required to make sure we make dinner. I was not prepared for this back to back long trek. I did not train for it but I finished with the group with only slight delay in the back on the last day. I had such a great group of people whom understand it's not about getting to the end but the journey itself. If I am to do this again, I would request that the long trek alternates with a very light and late start day. We had early start on all days (6am) and I felt like I haven't slept the entire time because of the wind or not enough time in the morning to sleep a little longer. I was not the only one that feel this way. We were all tired and ready for a full night rest after the EcoCamp. We did not get to enjoy our dome as much because of tight schedules. I would prefer this to be a 5 full day at Ecocamp plus 2 travel days (arrival/departure).

I wanted to note that the entire trip was so well organized and very professional. I am super impressed. I think the money is well spent and its priceless for a great experience and friendships I was able to create along the way . I anticipate doing this again but with a different type of excursions.

Bring all the pro weather gear, even if you don't think you'll need. I was able to share my spare rain coat and trouser with a couple of people in my group. The weather on the first day was brutal. Also, trekking poles, water proof trekking shoes, and comfortable backpack are a must....no matter how young/old/athletic you are.

I came home with such positive outlook in life. Thank you for reaching out and help me get to this wonderful place.

Thanks for the sales team, I was not sure if I could spend all this money. With some patience and a few offers and consistency of the sales team, I was able to do this and still not be completely broke.
