What was your most memorable moment?
Hiking Laguna de Los Tres. Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect. It was challenging, but very rewarding. We had a great group and our guides were excellent. Perfect weather, too!

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Bug spray! We had no winds the first day, which made the mosquitos come out in full force. When you say to dress in layers, that is exactly what you need to do. We stopped multiple times to shed and put on layers.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Our three guides for our two treks were amazing. I cannot speak more highly of them. They were prompt, friendly and outgoing, wealth of information and history, and most importantly very accommodating. We had some older folks in our group, and they were so patient with them. They were THE best!
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
We felt pretty prepared. It's just a little hard not knowing what to really expect, weather-wise. Gear and clothing, we felt very prepared. The trek itself, I wish we had hiked longer distances before going.
