What was your most memorable moment?
The hike in the Huemules Reserve to Puesto Cagliero, and especially the path between Lagos Verde and Azul, was a spectacular experience that we all enjoyed. Beautiful weather and scenery, a good pace and difficulty level, and the added treat of a cozy "cafe" in the middle of the wilderness with views of the glacier.

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Some of the popular and highly publicized trails may be uncomfortably crowded during peak travel periods. Consider seeking out other trails that may be nearly as beautiful but are not so highly publicized. On the day we were scheduled to hike to the Base of the Towers, we learned that more than 1500 people were expected to hike that day; we chose Cerro Paine instead and enjoyed great views of the Towers while encountering exactly zero other hikers.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
It would be nice to be able to obtain a simple text-based complete itinerary that can be printed and brought along on the trip, to be consulted when the internet is not available. There is an option on the Swoop website for a PDF version of the itinerary, but it turns out to be cluttered with graphics and other stuff that make it unwieldy and hard to read, and some of the personalized information is in a bitmapped format that does not print well. Plain text or a simpler format would be better.
