Bus ticket debacle is completely unacceptable

Pay more attention to detail with critical trip related info - bus booking, bus departure location, bus time. Don't blame things on your "partners" that are out of your control. If you market the experience as a Swoop experience, your customers will expect you to take ownership of anything and everything that happens on the trip.
