Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
I have already written how much we enjoyed Chile Nativo but how disappointed we were with Swoop (though not with your staff). My strongest recommendation is that you put clients in touch with Chile Nativo much earlier so the clients can better prepare for the challenges of what is a remarkable experience. I was quite ill for the trip as I got very wet on the first day. Had I known how swampy it would be I would have brought different equipment. You warned us about rain, but not the swamp.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
Swoop spent too much time on getting people excited. People booking are already excited to go. What they need is more information to enjoy it more.
