What was your most memorable moment?
I really enjoyed the trek to the Tores Mirador. The Guides (Mauricio and Alvaro) were absolutely amazing - they made the trip for me. They were friendly and I enjoyed speaking with them and learning about the culture and life in Patagonia. The final trek to the Tores were amazing, we were rewarded with fantastic views.

Brilliant - absolutely amazing. Mauricio and Alvaro were FANTASTIC they are such an asset to the company. They were enthusiastic, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. They made the trip - it was sad to say goodbye to them. EcoCamp staff were brilliant, the food was delicious and the domes were amazing. I really enjoyed our time there. The Yoga class was an excellent addition!

Mauricio and Alvaro made the Trekking and deserve all of the praise for making the trip. The Trekking was fun, it was the right level and was well organised. Lots of breaks and really well organised. I enjoyed the trekking.

Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
I've said it multiple times but honestly Mauricio and Alvaro were AMAZING and should be recognised. They were brilliant. My only feedback for Swoop is that the trip was expensive - I was sharing a room which helped to solve the costs but I was a bit shocked by the camping and feel Swoop may need to better manage expectations relating to the camping element - particularly relating to the food at the Refugio. I enjoyed the actual camping and it was good to start the day in the park but I think we need to better manage expectations on how basic this is!!
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
N/A
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
No need to buy a sleeping bag liner for the camping night as EcoCamp provide this (I bought one based on feedback)
