What was your most memorable moment?
There were many. The guides were all spectacular. We loved Matt on our kayaking trip. We got to some very remote places. We would have followed him anywhere.

Tell us about Torres del Paine
The W-Trek is very busy. The Refugios seem a bit overwhelmed. It seemed at times that toilet use and streams were we got water were very close. However the nature, mountains, lakes etc are spectacular.
Tell us about Los Glaciares
We had incredible weather hiking Fitz Roy etc. Since it was all day-hiking, it felt very luxurious. We could go to a bar, Gelato place etc after a long day hiking.
Tell us about the Trekking
The two guides were great. They carried along avocados, pesto etc. to spice up the rather boring lunch sandwiches. Trekking of course is with less comfort and is a different experience. The weather did not fully cooperate. But that's nature.
Tell us about the Kayaking
Matt our guide was tops. We were the only ones doing the 4 day trip. From day 2 to day 4 in the morning we did not se another person. It was an incredible trip. We had Tydall glacier to ourselves. It is a demanding trip.
Would you consider another trip to Patagonia with Swoop?

Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
I would add two more days at the end of the trip and try to see a Puma in the wild. Our kayaking guide showed us some incredible shots. With the right people at the right time in the right area, there seems to be a good chance to see one.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
I wanted to go to Patagonia for a long time.
