We had a wonderful group experience and made 8 new friends from around the world. Everybody in our group was enthusiastic, experienced, and seeking to maximize their hiking experience. Whatever Swoop did to make that possible, they should keep doing, because a poorly matched customer put on the wrong tour could easily diminish the experience for everyone.

Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Somewhere in the training for the trip, I just assumed I would that I would be successful and didn't give it much thought until I was standing at the base of the Torres del Paine and realized how much younger most everyone else on the mountain was than me (62). It's nice to be reminded that you can still do most anything you put your mind to.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Swoop provides tons of information, but sometimes I was confused as to whether particular information applied to my tours specifically.
