What was your most memorable moment?
This was our first visit to Patagonia/Chile but it wont be our last. The scenery was stunning along with the people. The Swoop team, and guides were spot on. We loved the hotel particularly our room with a view of the lake and volcanoes. The menu at the hotel was a challenge as it was the same for the whole week and whilst the staff were lovely the service was average. We loved the cycling, hiking and the walk in the forest. Great Holiday and we look forward to the next. Thank you

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
The hotel payment system was bizarre having to pay in $ and then the system/PDQ not working, just to avoid the 20% tax if paid in CIP, along with the fact that a service/tip was automatically added to our bill.

No all the guides and team were brilliant
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
I had no pre conceived idea of what to expect and i was a little reticent about the 15KM hike but it was fine
