Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Understand what it means to go with a guide (you are glued to them, which is a problem if someone in the group is slow), and decide whether you need the guide for the specific hike you are doing.

Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Make sure your consultants have gone on all of the trips you offer so that they speak from personal experience. this was true in most instances already, but make sure it is universal. train your people on the importance of small details and their impact on the client's frustration level. also, the importance of initiating the next steps (they often did this, but not consistently all the time, and i had to prod them for next steps on occasion). They did a lot of work for us, and that was great, but little things can spoil all of the good work. happiness is in the details.
