What was your most memorable moment?
Too many to pick one! The incredible interactions with wildlife will stay with us forever. Seeing Hummel and Pumas at close proximity were beyond anything we expected.

Tell us about EcoCamp
Ecocamp was great food and staff were top quality. As per previous comment some information flow to us didn’t happen until things were happening, a better heads up would have made things less stressful, especially around the arrival - this was mostly due to the changes in the programme we were made aware about but the on the ground logistics of having 30mins to get things prepped when we arrived wasn’t great. We also weren’t informed about the quick change of bus in Puerto Natales. Guides were so great and information and always on hand to help. They managed our group implacability and I couldn’t recommend them enough.
Tell us about Torres del Paine
WHAT.A.PLACE. I hope visitor numbers can be kept low to ensure the wild nature of the place remains.
Tell us about the Trekking
100% recommended. It’s a long and arduous trek but split into manageable sections. We lucked out with the weather and were able to nurse injuries to complete it all.
Something Else?
Our two day puma tracking with ISO100 was unbelievable. Highly recommended tour with them. Their knowledge and experience made the whole thing unforgettable.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Plan plan plan. Get everything lined up an ready before you go so that you can soak up the experience. Getting a company like swoop to organise your logistics is a great way to ensure you can be fully present. On that note spend time looking with your eyes and not just through a phone screen!
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
Pretty well prepared and excited it was a long time in the planning. Our part with Swoop was only one aspect and the rest of our trip we sorted ourselves. This meant we were able to do what we wanted in the country rather than follow a script.
