What was your most memorable moment?
The hike to Torres del Paine, I didn't know I had it in me to do it! Even though, I did not get to see the towers, it was a cloudy, rainy, snowy day; just about a peak of one of them, it was just a great accomplishment!

Tell us about EcoCamp
Ecocamp was just as pictured and more! The guides were top notch! I loved how everyone was made to feel VIP. It was great meeting with people joining the expeditions, loved the concept!
Tell us about Torres del Paine
Well, I did not get to see them, we got a peak barely of just one of them. So, will be making it back sometime in the future, and that time, I will be taking my nieces and nephews.
Tell us about the Excursions
I will definitely recomment Ecocamp for their guides, they were all AWESOME and knowledgeable!
Something Else?
The drivers too, they were great! I do quite of a lot of driving myself that I tend to be very peculiar in rating drivers. They were good, cautious, cordial, respectful, considerate.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
I will just advice people to be opened and not build up expectations! The day we were at the basecamp at the towers, they were a few people who were upset and mad about it, that because of the weather, it was cloudy and no visibililty. I will try and stress it in bold letters that all excursions and hikes are weather dependent! To be open and flexible!
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
I consider myself a very go with the flow person, I am always grateful to meet people from all over and to learn from them. It helped that I speak Spanish so I got to connect more with locals to learn about Chile, the area and their everyday!
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Nothing specific! Everyone was great!
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
I felt very excited and looked forward to everything and every place I visited! Chile overdelivered! I loved every moment of my visit!
