Only that during booking one of your agents insisted that we were able to do a penguin tour in Ushuaia even though it was clearly stated that there were no penguins at the island. This was a bit of a trust buster for me. Luckily someone more mature jumped-in last minute and removed this part of the trip. I would have expected your agents to be more sensitive to me as a customer and also be more knowledgeable about the migration habits of these animals and how the local tour agencies function.

To spend more time in Ishuaia.
