What was your most memorable moment?
Hard to pick one. The breathtaking nature in general but specifically the fact that it was so quiet and sereen in Torres del Paine during winter. A very memorable moment to me was to see the sun rise above the mountains covered in snow.

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Invest in good gear that keeps you warm and dry. Specifically when you go in winter, you really do need winter proof gear. The guide gave us great advice on this and we rented some specific additional winter gear items.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
To some extent, yes. The nature, both the type of landscapes and the immense scale of wild nature was new to me and has left a deep impression. Also to experience being part of it like this in a multiple day hike was such a special experience. I really liked the adventure and the challenge.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
Very excited for sure! I also felt confident in myself and my preparation and gear. The information and tips Swoop provided us with were very helpful. I also immediately felt in good hands at Chile Nativo. They were there to help with any questions and preparations, both before and during the trek.
