Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Sorry to say that if EcoCamp personnel were more available there woudl be no need to book through Swoop. There was an inordinate amount of misinformation and disinformation from Swoop. We were told that there was WiFi in parts of the EcoCamp (there is not and we were happy that was the case). Swoop told us to bring a swimsuit and quick drying towels because we swimming in the lakes and streams was an option. It is not. Swoop need to understand the actual trip that they recommended for us.

Nature runs supreme and we need to take every available moment to put ourselves in it!
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Better understand the trips they are promoting. Have a better sense of what it's like to have boots in the filed.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
Because we have traveled extensively we were well prepared. Swoop did a decent job (see above).
