What was your most memorable moment?
The sheer beauty, , enchantment and strength of the natural world of Patagonia was unexpected and spectacular. From the different colored lakes to the calving of the glaciers, all was extraordinary but none was more memorable than the other.

Tell us about the Trekking
I very much enjoyed the trekking as I'm fit and the challenge to climb high and fast with the end goal of seeing spectacular scenery was what I live for! Peta, our guide, was an informed and empathic soul who was an amazingly fit mountain guide with a real understanding for the area. He took care to be sensitive to the older hikers without bing condescending or overly patronizing.
Tell us about the Kayaking
Kayaking was another disappointment because, for some reason that I'm unaware of it was canceled! Kayaking never happened.
Something Else?
The other issue that I have is that I asked for vegetarian lunches only. I even sent a list of possible meat alternatives. One day, long hike day, there was no sandwich for me to eat.
Tell us about Los Glaciares
The highlight here was watching the glacier calf and again, the sheer strength of nature.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Prepare for your trip by exercising, and pack for various weather conditions. Have travel insurance as one never knows what trouble could befall them.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Please pay greater attention to dietary needs. Don't have scheduling issues last minute. And have more, informed staff on the ground to trouble shoot issues like entrance fee, food and kayaking .
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
I was VERY prepared.
