Tell us about Los Glaciares
Our horse trek at Nibepo Aike was an awesome experience. We really felt like we were staying in a remote area, though we never felt unsafe thanks to the capability of our guides. It felt like a rare experience that most tourists to this area don't do, and we appreciated that.
Something Else?
We appreciated Swoop rescheduling our trip multiple times during the pandemic, and then retooling it when our travel group and preferences changed. This saved us a bunch of time! It was great to have someone to call when things didn't go quite as planned during the trip. The few times we needed this, we really appreciated it.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
We brought traveling backpacks, but our itinerary didn't require us to wear them. We were happy with our packs but suitcases pr duffel bags would have worked just as well.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
The people we worked with (Peter, Carys, others) were helpful and responsive throughout the process.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
Quite prepared and quite excited. Our trip was delayed 4 years so we had a lot of time to think about it! The Swoop website was invaluable for planning and preparation.
