SWOOP did not live up to our expectation, esp for the price. by the way I had an excellent experience with SWOOP 5 years ago ,this was a real disappointment for me you absolutely need to be more aware of what your tour companies are doing, and that they are not following through with your promises.

See above, our requests were not met, poor communication ,pick up and transfer screw ups
