Tell us about Tierra Patagonia
Absolutely exceptional! The accommodations were simply stunning. Food and drink was plentiful, flexible and delicious. The staff at the hotel all seemed to love their jobs, which truly shined during our stay.

It is a great mix of every landscape, weather pattern, and beauty.
Tell us about the Wildlife
We saw a lot of guanaco! Pumas were all napping while we were there, I guess.
Tell us about the Excursions
Our guide Patricio was FIVE STARS PLUS! He was terrific when we had our whole group of six with mixed abilities, and just as terrific when we were just three who wanted more adventure. His knowledge and conversation made all of our days more fun, educational, and enjoyable.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
The transfer from Santiago upon arrival was a bit confusing. It took quite a while for our driver to find our group. Similarly, our transport from Santiago to the Santiago hotel had not ordered a van correctly so we had to walk to the garage then walk back to the airport. We ended up with a van that had no air conditioning.

Very prepared.
