PDI FORM: A particular problem some of the people in our group experienced was that they did not save their Chilean PDI form given to them upon arrival in Chile. It was a real inconvenience and hassle to try and fix this problem later on. It would have been extremely helpful if the final letter Swoop emailed out to customers heading to Chile offered a quick REMINDER to save this tiny little ticket that turns out to be important. I think it's mentioned somewhere in the travel site, however with all the planning and prep travelers are doing in advance, this is an easy one to slip up on. Our guide was great in trying to help us, however the Chilean police official we met with in Puerto Natales was not interested in helping. They tell you to go online and puzzle out a form in Spanish. As a result, a few people in our group were out a few hundred dollars. Not the end of the world, however extremely frustrating and annoying.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
If going to Chile, save the PDI form.

Patagonia is an amazing place to visit.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Again--- remind your customers in your final letter ( the one that says-- have a great trip!) to save the PDI Form/Ticket in Chile. It's an easy one to overlook.
