What was your most memorable moment?

The adventure would seat between great holiday and life changing, i feel like there needs to be something in between. But it would be closer to life changing, more than a 'holiday'. the scenery was stunning, we were lucky with the weather. I just loved how untouched/peaceful it was. so 'clean' no noise. I do wonder how it was years ago, if less touristy... i just can't imagine it getting so much busier/touristy. or things would need to be put in place to avoid it.

Which of the following best describes your adventure?

Great holiday

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?

Train well for it. While not the hardest trek there is, be ready. The cardio is not the hardest part, sure some days are long but there is no altitude. I'd however recommend training well to have strong legs, etc... Hiking poles were a big win for me. The W is just a lot of rocks, up down, non stable grounds.

Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?

It was what I hoped for and more.

Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?

I would need to go over all the emails and communication again... as stated above, it is not the hardest trek but you definitely need to be ready. hiking 1 day is one thing, multiple another. We were lucky with the weather but that wind is real. My main thing was how often it was hard to hike on all the rocks. Cardio was no issue, endurance either, it is more how careful you have to be with your ankles. That's perhaps because i sprained both very badly in the last 2 years so i was extra worried. again hiking poles helped a lot.

How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?

Very prepared and it was a dream to do it.
