Tell us about Hotel Las Torres
The restaurants staff and kitchen were not terribly good in respecting allergy considerations and requests (in spanish) to not include certain items on a plate were frequently ignored. The exception was the wonderful omelet maker at the breakfasts who was a delight. As mentioned above the excursions staff and guides were great.
Something Else?
Drivers and guides were very punctual and helpful. I would have liked to have received information about hotels etc. on on near Lake Péhoé and Grey Lake as that would have made for some interesting experiences.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Yes, I have the South American travel bug to visit other parts of Chile/Argentina and other countries that I have not been to yet.

Very excited.
