Tell us about Hotel Las Torres
Great place. Great views. Great people. Best omelettes on our trip. Just the fact of being able to walk out and follow a well-marked trail is a big plus. Thoroughly enjoyed this.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
I would say that you should tell people the trip from Los Torres to El Calafate is long and boring. We left at 2:00 and arrived at 7:00. The landscape was very uninteresting. I will say the the border experience-Chile to Argentina went very smoothly and our driver was waiting for us across the border. Very impressive.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
From the moment we stepped off the plane in Santiago until we left Buenos Aires, we felt we were very well looked after. We never had to wait for a driver or guide. Your team members were responsive and flexible. This is exact what we wanted.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
Very well prepared. We felt the weather might have been an issue so we brought appropriate clothing. Your packing guides helped.
