I know I've mostly highlighted the areas that weren't perfect. Let me also note that when my husband left his phone on the Patagonia Camp van the day we transferred to El Chalten, the Swoop team was very helpful about trying to arrange getting it back to us. Ultimately, we ended up retrieving it from the police department at the El Calafate airport, but we very much appreciated the efforts to try to get it delivered to us in El Chalten--and we VERY much appreciated knowing it was safe in El Calafate at the airport. So, when we ran into trouble, Swoop did a great job of stepping in to try to solve the problem.
