Surreal feeling to watch up to 100 King Penguins in the Pinguino Rey Natural reserve! Watching Puma and Guanacos in their natural habitat in Torres del Paine National Park

Tell us about Hotel Las Torres
Great experience overall. Room was spacious and comfortable. Excursions were amazing and the guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. Food and drinks were great. However, we felt the food was a little less seasoned to our palate :-)
Tell us about the Wildlife
Wildlife spotting opportunities were truly amazing. We had seen herds of Guanacos in multiple locations throughout the visit - within Torres del Paine and also while driving along Useless Bay in Torres del Fuego region. We were lucky enough to spot a Puma!

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
1) Do not estimate the recovery effort after doing the Mirador Base Las Towers hike 2) Even if you do not have prior horse-riding experience, you should consider one of the beginner horse-riding excursions offered by Hotel Las Torres
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Certainly! My knowledge and understanding of the Patagonia region had improved significantly. Learnt a lot of trivia as it related to the Strait of Magellan and the achievements/history related to explorations of Ferdinand Magellan, Darwin and others.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
The anticipation was simply great, and the experience matched the expectations.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Overall experience, interactions, recommendations and finally the itinerary were great. Thank you, Chloe and Lewis to helping us plan an amazing trip to Chilean Patagonia!
