Tell us about EcoCamp
Basic domes are VERY basic. Only 3 shower and bathroom stalls for ALL of the tents which meant having to wait in line for a shower post hike. There is nothing luxury about this experience except for the food which was fantastic. The service on the hotel and restaurant side was great too. Guides we had were contract and brand new - both were nice but lacked a bit of the pro quality in terms of having the pacing, security, accountability of a veteran guide.

See probiotics notes People spend a lot of money to go to Patagonia. You charge that much money, call it a luxury experience, it’s a travel agency, the service should at the very least be on point re planning and logistics and customer service! Unfortunately it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a travel agency and was left very disappointed and it was challenging to not let it affect my experience going into Patagonia.
