Tell us about Hotel Las Torres
Excellent service and food. The Excursions team went above and beyond in making last-minute arrangements for our excursions, of which they had not been apprised in advance by Swoop. The guides were terrific.

Leaving aside the scheduling issues noted above, the excursions were excellent and I would highly recommend them.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Yes, please see comments above about the failure of the Swoop team to inform the excursions team at the Hotel Las Torres of our choice of excursions. Not all excursions are offered every day — indeed, some are not offered even weekly. You will have many disappointed clients if you failure to do better on this score than you did for us.
