What was your most memorable moment?
Our 3 day, 2 night hiking experience with Christian was our highlight (although everything was so amazing-it is difficult to choose). The afternoon hike on our first day took us to the celestial lakes in front of the Fritz Roy. Absolutely breathtaking colors and views! We will always picture this moment when reflecting back on our visit to Patagonia.

Tell us about the Trekking
Our 3 day/ 2 night hike was the highlight of our trip to Patagonia! We immediately felt so comfortable with our guide, Christian. He is so friendly, patient, kind and knowledgeable. He guided us on the trails, showed us amazing nature, laughed with us, shared knowledge about Patagonia and Argentina, and made the experience incredibly enjoyable. The campsites were so welcoming and the tents very comfortable. We were so lucky to be by ourselves at the campsites both nights. The food and snacks were all delicious!
Something Else?
We also loved the horseback riding and lunch at Estancia Bonanza. What a special place!!!!! The best lamb we had in all of Argentina and the staff made us feel like part of the family. Gorgeous property!!
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Stay as long as you can! Argentina is a beautiful, enormous country with so much nature to explore. We stayed for 2 and half weeks but it was not enough time!
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Yes, our experience broadened our perspective of the world. It's amazing to be immersed in nature and to witness the expansiveness of Argentina. This trip helped to further bond our family and it was our first experience moving around so much on a trip. We stayed in a different place almost every night- it is exciting that our kids are now old enough to "backpack" travel.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
The Swoop team was incredibly responsive and personable throughout our planning and traveling experience. Highly recommend to everyone!
Was there anything else Swoop could have done for you to help you prepare for your trip?
The only feedback is that it would be helpful to see more of a financial breakdown of the total cost of your trip package. As a customer, it is easier to make decisions based on the costs of the experiences.
